hi, i just see on my webmaster tools, over 70k of backlinks from same domain, (link is on footer, that means it it on every page on it website) - this is the same think like 70 k backlinks from individual domains?
if is this ok, it's easy to reach over one million of backlinks.
do you think that will help my serp position? ( 1, or 2 websites but over 100 k backlinks)
thanks

Well, It Obvisouly Give you Exposure, But Not as Much as Different Site Backlinks Do!

That is Better, But This Is Better than Nothing!

useless mate

Have to disagree respectfully here.

ANY link carries weight.

HOWEVER, theory suggests links from different domains/IPs carry more weight though. But surely no matter how many links you get from one domain, they always help. Think wikipedia.

thank for this information. in this case, is easy to make one million page website and put links in footer :)

Get as many as you can however you can. Yes, the top two in the index will give you the most weight, but having more on that on a site gives the SE more choices to get the top 2 from...

I'm used to compete with sites with 5 K-30K linksfrom a little number of sites, they are in very good positions so the backlinks are valuable for them...but I usually beat them wich a 2 hundred of links from different sites...

Links for the same site counts...but are weaker than different site links by far...

If the footer takes little time, go for it. If you have to spend any more time than that, just go for links from different sites.
