....Your screen shot shows the part of the executable that is not encrypted purposefully because it is a SOAP interface. In fact, you did not DECRYPT anything, you just loaded the executable into reflector.

it should have a catchall feature where it can log into an email account using catchall and confirm accounts

yes but if we use catch all then login username and password has to same for all email ids, and email ids can be randomised using any format like

This is because your .net framework 3.5 is corrupt. Simply reinstall .net and our software. From there you should have no problem. I have tested all the captcha services. The only one that is down is captchanow.
Right as I said you would need to load in each account 1 by 1 as catchall is not supported at this time.
