Help with CPA Lead

I got approved with CPA Lead this week. I have website as my username here. I am wondering if anyone has any idea about implementing few techniques to earn little cash from CPA Lead. I am thinking of only 50-60 USD a day. Could anyone be of help please?

hey, OP can you pm and help me, how did you get approve, like that did you say to them and was your site already up and running...

they denied me twice, 1st one was because my site wasn't completely finished, 2nd was because I didn't give them enough detail in the application..like wtf
