targeting is important, but i think even more important than that is building up a lot of trust with your followers. Basically you have to treat twitter like an email list. I use a spin off of the "twisted auto blogging method" and send 10-15 tweets a day mixed in with the blog posts to a page on the blog that recommends a CPA offer. This works quite well. I think the key is having lots of content, so people get in the habit of reading your stuff, then when the right offer appeals to them, they are more likely to sign up.

Didn't have much success with players, But I have another account that I have 5k+ Online marketers and nailed down quite a few getting on board as a affiliate via my link.

Actually this I would think hold true... building a solid following base and not blasting them every other day.

Yeh, I mean on twitter there is so much spam, most legit users have figured out how to spot it almost instantly. But if you send them to articles and blogs that are interesting and you don't over kill, they will read almost anything post.
A good example of this is finding a celebrity, following their followers, then posting content from the celebrities blog or TMZ articles about them or yahoo news stories or whatever interesting stuff you can find. You can automate this by pulling RSS feeds. Post lots of content and interesting stuff. And in between content posts, send them to an article style landing page or blog style landing page pushing a CPA offer. Don't be cheesy about it.
Even better is sending them to your own squeeze page and getting them on an email list. Email traffic is amazing if you use it correctly. Again it's all about building up trust and giving them stuff they find really useful/entertaining. If you do this right, an email list of a few thousand people could mean $100s/day.
I currently have list of about 900 people that I got mostly from twitter (along with some Google traffic). They are all fans of a TV celebrity, so traffic is easy to find. My email format is very simple. Find an article by or about the celebrity, send an email/twitter post with the article name and include some extra links in the email to my offers. Every email I send is worth about $50. In fact, I've made $4 while writing this post (email went out 10 minutes ago. I can't imagine what the list would be worth if I had 90,000 people, it would be INSANE!
Trust really is the key. Build it and you will achieve success.

I use tweet attack and follow around 100.000 people a day, and use around 100 accounts aday, of this I get more or less 3000 visits to my landing page and then 1000 to my affiliates page.
My landing page is No1 on google and several of the affiliat page are also as No1 different keywords, but stil I would like atleast 10.000visits a day, any one here maybe can give a good tip on how to do this?????

then do it with 333 accounts what you do now
make sure you folllow 1 people only once if you have multiple accounts, because it easily can be that you follow the same people with many of your accounts and it doesn't make too much sense
do everything you can to avoid following spam, bot, inactive accounts
btw do you target people or do random following?

When you say twitter traffic - do you mean search traffic where the tweets show in the SERPS ?

There is no Success Overnight at anything in the World. keep your strategy right and keep working hard. That is how I am doing good with Twitter. I have lost almost 200k followers in past 3months still having over 100k and promoting my offers and bagging good enough bucks..

i am generating 40,000 clicks on targeted links , all of them are coming from twitter i am sending them to amazon but the conversion is **** what can i promote on twitter ?

Well, this thread has been around for a year and the consensus seems to be:
1) Links to offers convert horribly unless
2) You build a following that trusts you so that they will click your links and buy but
3) You need a large list of loyal followers to make any real cash.
It looks like even with a large list, the conversion rate on Twitter sucks. Take Foot Mark's numbers as an example (with some wrong assumptions added in). Take an average of $60 per day as 3 orders of a $20 product. 3/140,000 = .0000214 is a ridiculously low conversion rate. $60 per day is $1800 per month. To make 5 figures per month you would need nearly 800,000 loyal followers.
There will always be exceptions, but Twitter does not look like an easy way to make serious cash as it is a low converting medium. I want to thank everyone for their contributions to this discussion!

Come on dude are you crazy? simply bring 100 proxies, load tweetattacks, make 500 accounts, load keywords and start wait and reply or follow 100,000 + people, delete suspended and promote some offers. Do it in a dayli basis and you will be hitting $xxxx figures per month for no work.
