I am talking about a website ranking for a keyword . How they are in no1 page for last 30 days with only 1194 links and also a lot of links are from statblaster submission. The website ranking in no 1 page for a high competitive keyword 42000 search per month and total search result is 252,000,000.

Well probably your competitor is doing SEO by a 301 redirection those links that you cant check by using link in yahoo.

If you make a redirection 301 from another website and you link from them you will not be able to see those links but they still having value. This is the best way to link a lot of diferents anchors texts from the same linkfarm.

and check the backlink quality also

Blog comment
Article marketing
Profile Linking
Web 2.0
Whatever

After analyzed this 300 links,you will see a picture of what they are using.

what about the domain? kw-domain? if its a kw-domain .. he just need enough unique content and a few hq-backlinks to be on top ...
