Facebook Checkpoint, is this new?

Today I was adding friends via my browser when I got a message saying login, so I logged in again and I was taken to:

facebook dot com /checkpoint/

Once I went through all the steps I am now at the homepage with newsfeed etc

Just tried adding a friend on it, and it let me add the friend fine, and on the 2nd screenshot, i didnt check the box to remove pending requests etc, which makes me thing this is a new thing from fb!

Hmmm, I havent seen this before either. Another method from them on cutting out spam friend requests..

yes, fb now asking remove pending friends request if you add more more friends

yes it hapenned to 1 account of mine. but how to restore it, i don't know

Here's a hint when dealing with the new filter. Don't overly request people you don't know.....

Aha, thats a tad hard when I dont know 99.99999% of the people on all my facebook accounts.
