best alternative for CPA LEAD?

I guess even though CPA lead conversion is very very less.Most of the days on the posts where I put cpa lead javascript,I'm only getting maximum 10$ per day.But one thing good about it is they never ever shaves leads whereas Adscend Media etc shaves leads like hell.Also wont I get banned from different CPA N/Ws if I use BHCB.I never tried it.I am sometimes getting close to 3000 clicks on cpa lead surveys and the conversions are really really low.

Usually takes under 100 clicks to make 10 dollars

You shouldn't get banned if you use CPA Redirector with BHCB to fake the referrer. I'm thinking about doing that soon except there's a free gateway script on these forums similar to BHCB.

I donot know how you can setup CPA redirector with BHCB.I have a copy of BHCB.PM me if you want it.If you help me set up the BHCB with CPA redirector and not risk my CPA accounts banned,it'd be of great help.
