Mass uploading plugins

Is there a way to batch upload all the plugins that you want to use on a wordpress blog.
I know that it can be done with pictures but, what about plugins or even themes.
I've tried Filezilla but I use JustHost for web hosting. I can never figure out where to upload these files to in it. One of my accounts has three add on domains. No matter where I try to put them they don't show up in the user admin panel. I have asked JustHost support but they seem to know less about it than I do.
Is there a plugin that I can upload and then just upload all the zipped files at once.

As always, I value your time so I am grateful if you spend some of it answering my question.

For all these kind of occasions, it is better to have a local installation of wp on your pc. So wamp, easyphp, xamp might help. Anyway,

1- Download all those plugins to your machine.
2- Extract all of them (because they are in .ZIP format) to seperate folders.
3- Compress all those folders to a zip file.
4- Login to your cpanel.
5- Go to wp-contents/wp-plugins folder. (Use file manager)
6- Upload that ZIP fıle.
7- Extract it.

And this is END.
