You can only buy the ones that will go the range of an office or home. Where do you get the onse that go for like 10 km/miles ish (medium range) or so?
Do they have to be custom built?

Regards

YOu'll want to google LPFM (low power FM) We used them in college radio broadcasting and when I did a LPFM community station.
Try http://www.7bd.com/ProductList.aspx?IDCat=32
or http://nationalxmtr.com/lpfm-perfect-package.php
or http://www.hllyelectronics.com/index.php?osCsid=7v7lf8o0qmcd5eto4erc87k111

Price is based on if you want solid state & pro stuff

Heres a link for cheaper consumer stuff

Cheers,

What about one around 25 km?

What are the laws in Canada for radio stations?

I have an idea for what you're trying to do, but how would people tune into your frequency to even know your station exists? Or I guess you'll be promoting your station via local signs, etc. Actually, thinking about it, those signs on the road would work good. People see the sign, it says to tune in to XXXX Frequency, they tune in and hear your recorded ad?

Absolutely completely wrong and not what I am asking for either. Plus you bumped an old thread.

You can't just have a recorded ad and nothing else. That's against the law in my country and many more. You obviously know 0 about broadcasting laws.

Haha, get off your high horse buddy. Quote my post and tell me where I said I knew a lot, or even a 'bit' about broadcasting laws?

I said that I thought I might know what you're trying to do by looking for an FM transmitter. I never said I was trying to steal some idea of yours.

It seems you're on your period. Thanks for your PM to urgently point out that I was 'wrong' and thanks for linking me to this thread where you felt the need to further emphasise I was wrong by replying. It just shows me that you're after attention and on some sort of power trip.

Oh, and I bumped an old thread - it was about 6 days old haha, ******** my life, that is such an old thread mate.

Dead set, you need to come back when your menstrual cycle has finished because you sound like a little bitch trying to pick on everything.

EDIT: Oh, nevermind. After reading some of your 10-15 last posts, it seems almost all of them carry this sort of negativity about them. Guess it's normal. Won't be replying anymore, I'll spare myself any further negative thoughts.
