Couple questions:

It's optional to have keywords listed. Is there a benefit to adding keywords?

Can someone explain to me the difference between this, and using Scrapebox or Xrumer, and the benefit over paying someone to write a ton of articles with your backlinks and submitting them to places like Ezine?

no mate, these are sites that log your domain only, for stats and what not, they are specially good to get a new domain indexed.

How much should you submit at once to not get sandboxed?

How many times can you do it in doses (100 per try let's say) and it backlinking to new sites instead of old ones that you might have done the first time you did it?

pruss, these have very few height and quality as these sites are pretty much just putting out thousands of links with no real content or context or anything and most dont even have high PR. And you are limited to 3000-5000 of these kind of sites while with scrapebox you can have tens of thousands of backlinks, some with high PR.

ive tested this on a blog,ran it right through & i checked my back links over at least a month & not 1 single back link registered where as i ran the the same test on another blog using ping studio from here,ran 2000 on both & have over 600 links from ping studio. thats my experiance of it anyway.
