I highly doubt they are going to sue you in Poland to get paid. It just depends on how big they are and how much you owe them. Maybe to be safe you can negotiate with them a little.

Yes, you legally should pay under the terms of your contract with them. If you try to avoid it, they'll still try to charge your credit/debit card or pull money from your bank account (however you set up payments initially).

I'd say not much will happen then. It's not worth it to them to go after you...So legally you owe, but practically you're probably in the clear.
