I mean that if I have built say a profile backlink, are you able to index that profile page so the backlink is counted?

I don't take urls for testing. I take urls and post them to HELP others! I myself have a lot of sites to do testing with.
Yesterday I posted lb.zar.vg. The site was indexed while I was busy posting! That's when I decided to re-open my old thread as a new one and help out our members.
