In BAS I often get 300%+

I know that makes no "real world" sense - it just means there are three options minimim for every word, phrase or paragraph.

I write an article 3x para for para, then go through word by word with synonyms.

My record for a 600 word article is close to 500% (took over an hour though start to finish --even with speech to text software)
