You can try c*p*a*l*e*a*d.c*o*m* . Remove the star to get the real links. Applying with them is fairly easy and almost approve automatically.

I am using hostgator baby crocs plan to host my 6 money sites + bunch of blogger, squidoo and hubpages as my landing page.

Landing page also can be as your money site with this method.
