There is no such thing. All the advertisers are now aware of the tactics used to get signups. thats why people giving methods that work away has ruined things no one knows how to keep their mouth shut. And the ones that gave away the methods i promise they werent doing it themselves thats why they didnt care who they hurt giving the method away. So to answer your question there is no such thing as friendly bc if the end adv knows where its coming from your toast no matter who promised what.

Actually, such a thing does exist. Shoot me a PM OP and I will see what I can do to get you into the network I'm running with that allows CL leads. As long as you aren't planning on doing credit card fraud.

Most of the fly-by-night ones all claim Net-7 and CL friendly. It's all horseshit. Just do all the necessary maneuvering around it with the bigger networks and you'll get paid. All these CL friendly ones do is get your traffic, claim the advertiser is calling fraud and is not paying, then they dissolve into the abyss. Has happened way too many times. A lot of them will claim this on stupid offers like creditreport[dot]com. Best thing to do if you're going to test a network on a new, hot CR offer you've never seen is blast it with a portion of your traffic and stop at $100. Meets minimum payment limit and you won't ever get the chance to send them more traffic on the offer because they'll pull it right after the first time since the floodgates were opened to all (including the VCC/stolen CC teams).

I am about to open up a network that goes advertiser direct. The advertisers made the offer with the intent of craigslist promotion. Base payout 27$. Weekly payments. I will be posting on the forum soon. I am just waiting for Harro's permission. I have been trying to get a hold of him for awhile
