Basically, I stand in as a proxy between the blackhatter and the cpa network. The blackhatter sends a mark to a link on my website that redirects the mark (after blanking referrer) to the CPA offer. The mark completes the CPA offer, and the blackhatter gets paid and I take a commission.

The idea is that the blackhatter doesn't need to sign up with the CPA network to use the CPA offers, he just needs to sign up with me.

It benefits n00bs who don't want to invest in a website or are hesitant to make the first step. For those who are banned from a particular network, this also benefits them because they can simply use the links I post and get paid by me.

It also means you can try out really blackhat stuff and if anything goes wrong I'll be the one who gets banned.

The network I work with actually condone incentives and have developed tools to allow me to reward my users for completing my surveys.

So as long as you don't complete the same offer thirty times using poor-quality proxies or something obvious like that it won't be a problem.

Ok my thoughts are this:

This person has CPA accounts obviously (not difficult) and wants to risk letting you do all the blackhatting gaining him 50% if he's lucky.

In my not so humble opinion, he will get banned or not paid and therefore he will not be able to pay you even though he may have the best intentions right now.

If he will pay on delivery of the lead taking his own risk with getting paid at month end then its a pretty good deal.

what kind of offers are they

There is a large range of offers ranging from PPC offers to surveys to freebies. The payouts range from around $0.05 for the lowest to $15 for the highest. There are over 100 offers and I'm planning on adding new ones as my network adds them, which is pretty much every day.

To those claiming that I will get banned, you may be right. That's a risk I'm willing to take and that anyone who signs up must be willing to take too. However, the idea of working closely with those who sign up is that I will try to make sure that they take steps to cloak their methods properly and decrease everyone else's risk.

Also, using the reporting methods my network provides I should be able to track which users are likely to get me banned.

No. There's no way I could afford it. But I will make sure that everyone does their bit so we don't all get banned. And let me repeat again that the network I'm using actually encourages incentive offers, which makes things a lot easier.

Update to everyone: For the first month I've decided I'm only going to accept 5 users. If that goes well, I'll set up new domains offering the same service (using other CPA network accounts that I'll register for). That way users will be grouped by 5s which will decrease everyone else's risk.
