Hello. I have ran a ecommerce website for 3 years now. I deal with some unreasonable customers that will not return the item for a full refund, but instead bash our company name online thru sites like ripoff report, etc.

Now the issue is when you type in our domain name (example: mydomain.com, my domain, mydomain reviews, mydomain complaints, etc) that 1 negative customer review ranks # 1-4 on the 1st page of Google

I even ask the customer if I give them a full refund w/ out returning, can you remove it, they declined.

My question is, is there a way I can "bury" negitive content on google? If there is a way, how can I do it? Any suggestion would be helpful

Buy an xrumer blast with your domain name in the title of the post eg. (www.domain.com - best electronics online) something like that depending on what you sell. Hopefully out of the thousands of forums your message gets posted on some of them will "bury" the negative comments. You can also see which posts you created are ranking the highest and build some high pr profile links to them to rank them even higher

Buy more related domains to your company name market them for testimonials, reviews etc. Build them in wordpress and be done. Just my 2 cents
