This is to respond to everyone who moan about no-follow links. Do not use www. prefix or they will filter your link no-follow.
Use http://yoursite.com
instead of http://www.yoursite.com

I just tried it with the code and without the code... meaning....

<a href="http://xxxxxxxx.com/2010/09/used-mini-coopers-for-sale/">keyword</a>

and

without code.... http://mywebsitehere.com

Both links are no follow

If you embed link in your name you will get no-follow but if you put it with html code

<a href="http://xxxxxxxx.com/2010/09/used-mini-coopers-for-sale/">keyword</a>

It should be do-follow. I have checked again. Or maybe my no-do-follow script is not functioning
