For the article content, I copy and paste my entire article? What if it has anchor texts within it?

Then for Destination URL's...are these for other articles I want to link to with specific anchor texts (keyword per line)?

copy and paste 1 article into the article field. the paste 1 URL per url field and the corresponding keywords in the keyword field next to it.

don't worry about the links inside the article. we put the urls/keywords into the article ourselves.
