Google age verification email

[jude001]

Hey BHW mates,

I received an email from Google asking me to verify my age. Is this normal? I'm wondering if any of my recent activities might have triggered it.

Have any of you received similar emails?

its normal verification. it will secure your google account safety more. so no need to fear about it. just verify your age according how they want it.

Yeah, it could just be a regular security check, but I would definitely verify that the request is coming from the official Google website before entering in any personal information.

Actually, this might depend on which country you live in. In some countries, new rules regarding age restrictions can be introduced. It generally appears to be a verification email.
