A website with 800k words in total. is this considered a big site?

Can it rank if the article is written by AI?

Thank you :)

In terms of size alone, yes, a website with 800K words would be considered a large website.

NO.
How quickly did you publish the articles, and what percentage of them are indexed?

A website with 800K words is definitely big, but if you've used auto-poster software or published nonsense AI content, then the website isn't really big in terms of value and will likely be ignored.

If your articles are even half-decent, you've done things properly and a good percentage of your articles are indexed, then your website is definitely big.
Hope it helps.

800K words sounds like a lot, but how many actual pages does the site have? A site with 100 detailed articles is quite different from one with 2,000 thin pages. AI content can rank, but word count alone says very little about its SEO potential.

800k words is definitely a large amount of content. But size alone doesn't mean a site will rank. AI-written articles can rank too, as long as they're useful, original and actually answer what people are searching for.

800K words is a decent amount of content, but word count alone doesn't make a site big. What matters more is content quality, topical coverage, and organic traffic. AI-written articles can rank too if they're useful, accurate, and properly optimized.

yes 800k words websites according to the terms is bbig website but ranking with AI written content is not possible you should focus on your content quality and plagerisam free content then your site will be rank on google .

800k word is for sure a vry large website, however I would consider the number of indexed pages nd organic traffic before considering its worthiness. I believe AI content should work perfectly well as long as it is meaningful and not just fillers. I have come across websites that were small in size yet achieved better results due to the usage of long tail keyword nd topical relevance.

Yes in terms of words written it is big. However, we must examine other factors like backlinks to see if it has traffic.

Yes, 800K words is a large website in terms of content volume.

AI-written articles can rank on Google. Google cares more about content quality, originality, search intent, and usefulness than whether AI was used.

Focus on quality, topical relevance, and avoiding thin or repetitive content rather than word count alone.

800k words is definitely a good amount of content, but the word count alone doesn't determine how big or authoritative a site is. What matters more is content quality, topical relevance, backlinks, and how well the pages satisfy search intent And yes, AI written articles can rank on Google. Google doesn't penalise content simply because AI was used.

For example, if you are running a website about dogs, an AI assisted article targeting "how to stop a German Shepherd from pulling on walks" can rank if it provides practical training steps, answers common questions, and offers something genuinely useful to readers.

Personally, I would rather have 100 well researched articles than 1,000 generic ones. Focus on quality and relevance rather than just publishing more content.

I’d say 800K words is a pretty big site. And yes, AI-written articles can rank just fine. It all comes down to how useful the content is and how well the site is optimized.

This could be 800k words of a whole lot of nothing. Just posting a wall of text is not going to get ranked, whether it is AI or human written.
You'll still have to proof read and make necessary edits before posting.
