Check your ticket for evidence and abuse. One of my colleagues has already responded

your respond was not clear. you are just claiming something you are not. totally not worth it even with 70% discount. reaching limit is a problem i have no way to fix it even if i have upgrade.

We can share full evidence here if you’d like which we’ve shared via ticket and you’ve confirmed yourself via ticket response so no point in tarnishing our reputation because your illegal phishing gets blocked by our resource limit and filters in place.

blocking your clients is not helping anyone here. you suggest a replacement in exchange for remove/edit comments i did ask you once I confirm the replacement i will be happy to write a honest review. i have no business hurting your reputation. i was clear from the first ticket i don't want waste my time on this matter that is why i did ask you for refund because there is not no solution for resource limitation problem that is why i did ask for refund. you gave tons of excuses. now you suspend me. ☺️ thank you for your service. no need to comment on my comment so i don't have to reply on your comment.

This is the account that had a credential-harvesting kit live in /sso/, flooded its own LVE with 4,555 POSTs from one IP, then deleted both domains six minutes after our warning.
Hello,

Since our last message the hosting content on this account has been deleted, and we have kept the full record of what happened. For transparency, here it is.

1. Account activity (login log, server time CET)

- 09:38 account created and provisioned (our side)

- 09:47 login from 102.220.***.*** (you)

- 16:25:19 login from 187.13.***.***

- 126 and 16:36 checks from our side

2. Domain events (system log)

- 09:38:02 domain infoc****.help created

- 09:43:39 domain acces**-****.it created via manual user creation by 187.13.***.***

- 16:38:22 domain acces**-****.it deleted via manual user deletion by 187.13.***.***

- 16:38:22 domain infoc****.help deleted via manual user deletion by 187.13.***.***

3. State after the deletion

- domains.list is empty and /home/infoc***/domains/ contains no website content

- both DNS zones were deleted, and the per-domain access logs went with them

- both hostnames now return 404, nothing is being served
4. Why the resource limit was reached

- 4,556 POST requests to /sso/wp-admin/0/safe-browsing/service-client/assistance/overview/1/panel/classes/processor.php

- 4,555 of them from a single address, 45.14.***.***

- response split: 2,036 served, 1,671 hit the resource limit (508), 827 not found (404)

- in the same window the account reached 200% CPU (the plan maximum), 75 of 75 entry processes with 826 and 594 process-limit faults, and 1.8 GB of the 2 GB memory allowed

That is not visitor traffic on a shared plan, and it is the reason the site returned "Resource Limit Is Reached".

Screenshots of the resource data, the abuse detail and the deletion timeline were captured at the time and are retained on file. If you need them, ask and we will provide them.

To repeat the position on the refund: cryptocurrency payments cannot be refunded, without exception, due to anti-money-laundering regulations. That does not change with the deletion of the content.

The account remains suspended. If you want to keep using it for legitimate hosting, reply here and we will consider reactivation after review.

Kind regards,
Vadim C.

The screenshots you are sharing show a colleague suggesting a VPS as a way around the resource limits. That message was sent before we knew what was actually on the account the report was still with another team hence “phishing apparently by team” and there is a gap between when it arrives and when it reaches the people answering tickets

Once that investigation concluded, we did not offer you a VPS. We closed the account and suspended the services. The VPS suggestion therefore does not apply, and quoting it as though we made it while knowing about your phishing activity is not accurate.

Please post the full conversation, including what followed it, rather than only the part that suits you.

The resource usage you complained about was your phishing. 4,556 POSTs in a short window, 4,555 of them from a single address, aimed at a path that does not exist in WordPress, on a plan with fixed CPU, memory and process limits. That is what produced "Resource Limit Is Reached" not visitors, and not us.

We are not going to present it as anything other than what it was, and we would ask you not to either.

yes i was clear about what i want from first ticket. you keep overcomplicated this for no reason. i don't know what you want me to do. you need to keep calm while you handlining clients' problem. it's part of business. 😕

We are not overcomplicating anything.

You opened this ticket about resource usage and asked for a refund. We answered both: the account was exceeding the limits of its plan, and we suggested a VPS so that resource limits would no longer be an issue for you. That was the answer to the question you asked.

You then posted about us on BlackHatWorld in terms that suggested we had scammed you or our services quality is bad and told other users not to use our services. That is not a disagreement about resources it is an attempt to damage our reputation.

When our team completed the investigation into what was actually consuming those resources, it found phishing. That is when the account and its services were closed. The VPS suggestion came before that and had nothing to do with phishing.

The two screenshots you are now posting take that earlier message out of context, to imply we offered you a VPS while knowing what you were hosting. We did not.

There is no "handling the client's problem" here. We do not treat someone who hosts illegal content, ignores the Service Agreement and then makes false public accusations after being shown clear evidence as a customer of ours.
