Getting 100M emails

Hi everyone,
This might sound really stupid but I'm conducting an experiement where I need to get 100 million emails. Yes you read that right.
Now what i'm here to ask is, is there a way to get those emails for free ? Not niche specific, and would need them to be US/Canada/Australia/UK/Europe based only.

Email list are easy to scrape together using social app presence to research bio resources for detail of a personal and business profiles including register email to contact with the profile owner for further informations/promotion messages.
