Why some comments have clearly the number of upvotes, and some not?

here you don't

Anybody knows why? Thanks

You cannot see the upvotes on a Reddit comment because subreddit moderators have hidden comment scores for a set period (ranging from 1 minute up to 24 hours) to prevent bandwagon or "copycat" voting.

As your example shows, some comments start with one default upvote, but if they receive one downvote, that upvote disappears.

then it would be seen the number 0

hmm interesting. but wouldn't that mean it would be for all the comments?

The weird bit is that the comment can still be ranked internally even when you can't see the actual score, visibility and ranking aren't the same thing

some subreddits hide comment scores for while after posting so people judge comment on its own instead of following the votes already there. once that timer ends score usually becomes visible.
