Thinking about selling my SMM panel Do people actually buy established SMM panels? What would you pay for this?

The basics
  • .com domain registered 2019 (coming up on 8 years), renewed to 2031
  • 8 country domains on top. Site runs in 9 languages
  • 200,000 registered accounts
  • About 1,000 paying customers a month, around 10,000 orders a month
  • 4.3/5 from reviews on third party review sites
  • Custom codebase

Last 90 days (26 Jul to 24 Oct 2026)
  • Revenue: $56,435 gross, $53,719 after VAT/sales tax
  • Monthly average: ~$19,100
  • By 30 day block: $19.2k, $20.0k, $17.3k (newest)
  • Supplier cost: $7,032, so 87% gross margin
  • Payment fees: ~$7,460 (13% of revenue)
  • Left after suppliers and fees: $39,225 (73%)

Monthly running costs: $4,325
  • Marketing: $3,500
  • Hosting and infrastructure: ~$405 (this is mainly because of additional DB back-ups, and redundancy. Hosting itself is $30 per month for the website + around $80 for DB + additional features like IP geolocation)
  • Bookkeeping: ~$165

Net profit: ~$8,900/month, ~$107k/year annualised, about 49% net margin. That is before any salary for me.

Payments
Multiple card payment gateways are set up, including a merchant of record checkout with Apple Pay and Google Pay available worldwide.

Operations
Orders go to suppliers through their APIs automatically, and refills are handled by one part time person. There is also an API for resellers.

What I want to know
What multiple would you put on this, and what would you want to see before making an offer? Processor dashboards, Search Console and admin stats are available by PM for serious buyers. I'm not posting the URL publicly.

can you explain more how you started this smm panel buisnness ? it look so interesting and how you buy the smm services ? from other website as reseller with api or how ?

What fo you use as payment gateway?
My question exactly. The TS did say they have "Multiple card payment gateways are set up, including a merchant of record checkout with Apple Pay and Google Pay available worldwide", but 13% still seems egregious.

A couple questions for the TS:
  1. Are most of the payments in crypto?
  2. Do you know where your users are based?
  3. How long have you been running the panel? For 8 years?
I think with only 3 months of data, any multiple derived from it is unreliable. Would you mind sharing statements from 2-3 years of data?
