Cpa networks with weekly pay

I need a CPA network that pays weekly, and not as an option. I've looked into all the cpa networks listen of affpaying, even though affpaying is a scam I still searched affiliate networks there with no success. Only one I know that pays weekly is AdBlueMedia but it's not exactly what I'm looking for since it doesn't have a lot of direct link offers. Mobidea is a scammy company that banned my account due to 1 fraud vpn lead ignoring the 100+ legit leads and didn't gave me any other explanation, just that they will keep all my other non fraud revenue because of my actions. I looked into Mylead but all offers have a 30-60 day hold and they don't seem to be worrying about validating the leads in time so I've been waiting 50 days just to see if they will approve or not my leads. Are there any CPA networks that pay weekly with a no hold and a low minimum(around100$)?

A $100 minimum payout is a reasonable threshold, but the payment terms matter more.

Hi, dear TSJ. I’m not an AI , I have advice for you , btw need to clarify ade you working only on CPA model , maybe CPM will fit you better for monetization? As many pabs get the revenue per thousand of impressions shown to advertisers’ customers
