Hi everyone. I am going to do an experiment for the next 100 days where I post 400 times a day to Instagram.

The goal: To build an "audience first" business where I grow an audience before deciding what to sell them.

Here are the bullet points:

100 accounts
4 posts per day
Meme / viral content
Original video footage (me)
Copied viral captions (stolen from other videos)
5 VAs

My background:

I have been doing OnlyFans management for the past 4 years and I am looking for a way out. Things are much harder now that they used to be. More competitive, stricter platforms, more saturated, etc. Taboo, people think ur a pervert, etc. Just over it.

However, during the past 4 years I have picked up a few valuable skills: Running multiple accounts and developing an eye for viral content.

The problem with OFM is that you are constantly fighting a battle with platforms that ban your accounts. So the game is not only "make a post that gets views/subs" but also "produce enough viable accounts to post to" which is very tedious and annoying, since the platforms don't really give accurate reasons as to why they banned you.

Bottom line is that despite all this, I have gotten pretty good at running lots of accounts and producing lots of content. So now instead of doing it in a niche that will get my accounts banned, I will do it in the most vanilla / wide-appeal niche there is, memes.

The goal:

Over the next 100 days, my only goal is to post 400x per day. I am not going to set view goals, etc. because that is not something that I can control. All I can do is make sure I am producing enough volume and getting it out there and let the IG algo gods do their thing.

I can tell you in a little preliminary test that I have been doing, I have 2 posts that have gone viral, one of them has 500k views and the other is sitting at 900k+ views. This is between 150 or so posts. So the rate of virality is not particularly good, but it is there. Most posts have around 300-500 views. A chunk have a few thousand, and some have 10k-40k.

Like I said I don't have a real business behind this yet but I am not going to think about that yet. My only concern is producing enough content to feed the machine.

Strategy

I don't think I would be able to produce 400 actually unique posts per day, so I will do it a bit differently. I will aim for 50-100 unique posts and then just spoof them until they reach 400. Then all 400 will be posted the same day to IG. Its not ideal to post essentially the same spoofed content multiple times per day, but I am but one man and I can only produce so much content in a day.

Speaking of the content, my method is somewhat simple:

1. Find viral posts on IG (I primarily look at shares)
2. Download them all
3. Copy their on screen captions and songs
4. Use content of myself instead of whatever is on the screen (standing around, sitting, pouring water, etc)
5. Post
6. Spoof

It's pretty simple and I believe it WILL work to get views because I have seen it work on 100s of accounts.

Potential pitfalls and challenges:

The way I see it there are 2 possibly 3 major problems with this strategy:

1. No commercial value

Let's say best case scenario I get 1 viral post per 200 posts of 500k views, which is more or less what I am doing now (sample size 200 let's say). That would be roughly 100 million views over the course of 100 days. That's all well and good, but these views are spread across 100 accounts with basically no brand identity. Would people buy things from a guy who posts memes? If so, what would they buy? My only ideas at the moment are meme t-shirts and something with wide appeal like coffee. Black Rifle Coffee actually did the same strategy I am doing here, where they built their audience first and then sold something that had wide appeal. It's a flimsy plan but better than no plan.

2. Account bans

I don't really view this as much of an issue to be honest because in my experience IG really only cares if you are trying to take people off site to take money from them. And if you are a man posting original video content (i.e. not reposts and not AI) then you are generally safe.

However, I have had my personal account on my phone suspended many times, not sure why, but it has happened and is annoying. But thankfully I don't run all these accounts on my iphone. Still, it could happen.

3. Boring video content

The content I am copying is for the most part just a funny on screen caption with some meaningless video or picture in the background. In other words, the video itself is irrelevant. Sometimes it's a blue sky, sometimes it's a selfie, sometimes its people eating dinner, sometimes its someone on their laptop, etc. 9/10 times it doesn't have anything to do with the caption itself.

I take this to mean that I can put any content in the video and the caption will do most of the heavy lifting. So why put myself? Well, 2 reasons. First one is that I believe that content with a recognizable person will lead to faster growth. And second is that if all goes well, that means that I will have Andrew Tate'd myself in that I have produced 100 accounts that are spamming my content, growing my "personal brand" whatever that will mean at the end of this timeframe.

Still, I am not the most photogenic person and my content is rather boring. Me standing, me sitting, me looking out the window, pouring a glass of water, etc. I'm 40 years old and not an actor and not particularly comfortable being cringe on camera. However since the caption is what will be doing the heavy lifting I am less concerned with this, maybe just a personal insecurity.

Anyway, that's it. I will keep this thread updated with any viral posts (I won't promote my own pages will maybe just give screenshots with the usernames/content blurred out). Happy to answer any questions.

On a batch of around 100 meme accounts, reach dropped hard within two or three weeks once the content started repeating across them, so I'd track per-account reach from day one.

How many unique posts were you putting up per day between 100 accounts?

For example if you posted 1x per day per account (100 total postings), how many of those were actual unique content (not just spoofed)?

Are you just making small edits to the same videos or actually changing the footage between versions?

Are you just making small edits to the same videos or actually changing the footage between versions?
I will make around 50 or so original reels per day. These are unique images or videos and unique captions.

Then they will be spoofed (bulk small edits like brightness, contrast, cropping, duration, etc) into several copies until I have enough to supply all the accounts. In the past 2 days I've made 157 unique videos. I try to work for around 4 hours per day, with breaks and stuff in between. Its not hard so much as it is somewhat tedious.

I'm going to work Saturday/Sunday and build up a bank of 300-400 videos, then I will start with the VA reposting on Monday and officially start the 100 days. Currently I am only posting like 9-10 times per day on an account I run on my phone, just so I can have some feedback on what's doing well.

The posts I made yesterday got 2-4k views, with some in the low/mid hundreds. My biggest challenge is getting good video footage. Like I said I'm not particularly photogenic and don't have a camera person, so its all basically me doing stuff around my apartment. Some stuff at the gym but I haven't found the right angles/backgrounds yet. Its a process.

I do have doubts sometimes like, "what is the point, what am i doing this for, etc" because there is less of a clear path to monetization that something simple like selling a service or product. But I am hoping that 3 months down the line I will be able to leverage the audience into something valuable. Its a risk for sure but if I project into the future, let's say I keep this pace of 400 reels per day for 365 days... that's 130,000 posts per year... that's on the level of Alex Hormozi who has a gajillion dollar company. And during that time in theory I would refine the content, get better raw video, and figure out how to make better videos overall. I just have to get past the awkward stage of "I am spending time and money to grow something with an unclear payoff and it feels bad."

Speaking of which, this whole thing will cost me around $7500 over a 3 month period.

VA: $300/mo
Cloud phones: $100/mo (per VA)
Proxies: $85/mo (5 total)

Comes out to around $2500/month x 3 months = $7500.

So its not exactly a small amount of money. And the question I ask myself is, "do I believe that after this I will be able to earn at least $2500/month after this 3 month period?" That's a tough question to answer because I don't exactly know what I will sell. Organic content consulting? T-shirts? Coffee? Real estate? Clipping services? I am not really sure but I will spend the next few months figuring it out as I develop the content further.

Current issues to solve:

1. Problems with banned accounts (VAs?)
2. How to monetize
3. Cutting costs / scaling
4. More interesting b-roll

Just an update. Two days ago I had the VAs start working on this project officially. They've each created 20+ accounts and are currently posting 2x a day. We are having issues with some of the VAs where the accounts were getting banned at a higher rate. Whether this is because the VAs are not doing their job properly or due to another reason I'm not sure. That would be my hunch but I am not sure.

I have 1 VA who is basically having 0 problems. Few banned accounts/removed posts. The rest are having something like a 50% attrition rate. And this is with NO links on the profiles. All original content as well, inasmuch as its just my content + some spoofs. Anyway just odd. It could be that IG is just more strict now I'm honestly not sure.

However there are some viral posts already. 2.5k, 4k. 9k. etc. Many have only a few hundred views as well, but the results are promising. The way I've calculated it, if I post 40,000 posts in 100 days (400 posts per day x 100 accounts x 100 days), then I would only need 2500 views per post (average) in order to hit 100m views. So to be getting so many views so early is promising.

The first month or so, the way I see it is that I will just be working the bugs out of the system. It will take a few weeks to get all the accounts stable. Once accounts are a few weeks old, I believe the likelihood that they will be banned for some BS is much lower.

Working with the VAs is actually very frustrating. I hesitate to call them stupid, but I really have trouble trying to figure out why they are working so poorly. I would say overall they probably do 70% of what I want them to do. But this type of work needs precision and if they cut corners then accounts will get banned and we won't get the results I need for this to be worth my time and money. I guess I'll just have to keep an eye on it.

Monetization

I've been giving a lot of thought to how I will eventually monetize this. Had some deep heart to hearts with AI on how this would work, and long story short their advice was basically, "sell ads and shoutouts." I am not interested in that at all.

The only options I am considering would be 1) affiliate partnerships where I put a link in bio and make money for selling something, 2) promoting something of my own like a Skool community or info product, or 3) transitioning the pages to use B-roll for a specific business (i.e. house painting, cooking, etc) to promote it that way.

If I had to guess I would say that the 3rd option would probably be the best. A few examples I've seen have been MMA coaches, a window cleaning service, and personal trainers. Basically what they do is just use b-roll from their field, add a meme (sometimes niche-specific sometimes not) and post it. My advantage is that I would be posting 400x a day so I have a much higher chance of going viral.

Costs / cost savings

Right now I am spending probably around $1000-$1500/month on cloud phones and proxies. This + $300/mo per VA x 5 VAs. So its not exactly cheap.

However what I would like to do is change from cloud phones to an API posting tool. Something like Metricool or some other custom solution. I have some programming experience but I'd really rather pay $200/mo or something and just not have to worry about the app breaking every 3 days over some nonsense.

I would still keep the VAs, but instead of having them post I would just give them fresh video content and tell them to make the memes on their own. They would probably be worse, tbh, but it would allow me to scale beyond 100 accounts per day. All they would have to do is take the content, find memes, and create ~100 or so per day. Spoof + post, bada boom bada bing we're gucci.

If I was able to have 100 accounts being run for let's say $200/mo, that means I would have +$800 saved from proxies / cloud phones. From there I could either 5x the number of accounts (would bring it to 500 total x 4 posts a day = 2000 posts a day). This would obviously be much better. And with 5 x VAs creating 100 pieces of content per day (plus my own 100 per day I create) that would be 600 unique pieces of content per day spread across 500 accounts... would be MUCH better and have a way higher hit rate for viral content (I think).

B-roll

So the strategy I am doing now mostly leans on the on screen caption to do the heavy lifting. Its just a sentence or two that is a joke or something relatable to the human experience. Sometimes there is some related on screen footage where hte caption does not make sense unless it has that type of footage, but usually not.

Currently my b roll is very boring. Me just doing things around my house. Stupid and boring.

Every day I go out and try to look for interesting things to record to make better b-roll. I currently live near the beach, so I have been going to the beach and filming the waves, the ocean, etc. Yesterday i went to a cat cafe and fed some cats and recorded that. I record myself sitting around, cooking, staring off into space, etc. Its all very boring and lame but its similar to what other ppl do for their content so I guess its where I'll start.

Ideally, I would have something more interesting. I've seen some ppl do stuff like cliff jumping, skateboarding, boxing/mma, and of course there is all the niche stuff like supercars and drone footage of exotic locations. Ideally I would be able to include myself in the video somehow, but I just don't really have anything that exciting that I do. Plus I'm too fat lol. I need to lose like 10 lbs and go do some more exciting stuff.

Next week I am going to get an Airbnb for a month and do a mini fight camp at a nice beach, so hopefully that will kill a few birds with one stone. In the meantime I will look for other stuff as well. But this also ties into how I would eventually monetize this. In a perfect world I would have some kind of cool lifestyle thing where I could just record myself doing it, make into memes, promote my own business or partner with another business about it, and essentially have unlimited content to promote the business across 500 accounts.

Easy example to understand: let's say I have an exotic car rental/dealership. I can use the fleet to record my own content, add the memes, add a link in bio, and promote the business that way. Easy to understand, harder to get a fleet of supercars. But that is kind of the way I am currently thinking about this.

Full 4x day posting will be up to speed in a few days. I think we are maybe 1-2-3 weeks away from 100 stable accounts. Let's say 1m from an API-based solution. Anyway its all speculation now, will update when I have something interesting to say.

I'm going to let it run for another few days and re-assess maybe after the weekend. Next week I will have some better b-roll as well

This is pretty insane. I would honestly start with monetization first though. Seems like a waste of money for all that work without a clear monetization plan.

This is a very nice idea! Good luck to your endeavors!

thats massive amount of work.figure out the monetization side first though because getting millions of views means little if theres no clear way turn that audience into revenue.

quick little update:

I'm having a major problem lately creating accounts. My VAs are getting hit with selfie requests for almost every account they create, which is weird since the method for creation hasn't changed.

In terms of viral posts, we've already had around a half dozen of them hit 100k views. But accounts are also getting banned. I'm not sure if it's because they are posting from cloud devices or if my VAs are doing something wrong. They are not the smartest bunch and I feel like they cut corners and don't really put much effort into their work. They've been given exact instructions on what to do though as a way to mitigate that. Unfortunately without monitoring and reviewing every minute of work they do its hard for me to know.

Account creation issues

That said, I have tested the account creation itself and it is indeed borked. We get "please submit a selfie" basically before we are able to even create the account. I have a feeling it could be the proxies since we changed them in the middle of the week, but they were having issues before that as well.

If we are unable to create accounts with out method it will be a pretty big problem actually because this whole thing revolves around being able to produce accounts at scale.

I do have 1 VA who was able to create some accounts with a jailbroken iphone. I may just have them switch over to that. It would actually help me save some money on our cloud phone service since with jb phones you really just pay for the device and don't have to pay monthly for anything. If that works I'll be able to relax.

Account ban issues

Like I said we are having a lot of accounts banned as well. My hunch would be that it also has to do with the cloud devices. I think it may be time for us to retire that platform altogether. I spent around a year developing an account creation/automation bot that works from those devices, but just as it was finished IG started giving us problems. That's life I guess.

So I guess the plan is to switch to JB Iphone and hope that works. If that doesn't work, the last resort would be to have them use their own personal devices to produce 1-3 accounts per day, but that is already unscalable and I'd have to rethink the entire thing at that point.

I believe that JB phones would work.

Working with smart people

This is just a random thought that popped into my head now but I often think about how nice it would be to work with people who can actually use their brain and think. One of my OF models does this and she is a dream to work with. But I have pretty much yet to work with a 3rd world VA that does anything other than exactly what you tell them to do. And it feels like their memories are limited. You tell them to do 10 things, they'll do 7 of them and forget the other 3. Its like their brains are already full and when you try to add more information some of it will spill out.

Back in the day before hiring Filipinos was a thing we used to say this about Indian VAs, how they would literally do only exactly what you told them and not use any brainpower at all to think about what you actually wanted them to do. In a sense yes you do have to be specific in your instructions, but there is a huge difference in working with a 300/month VA and a 40,000/year tier 1 employee.

That's the challenge with building any sort of business that uses blackhat tactics. You are pretty much always going to be the smartest person in the operation. And it is exhausting. Or maybe its just unrealistic expectations to hire someone for a menial role and expect them to use anything other than the smallest amount of brainpower to do their job. Not sure. But some day I would like to hire people with college degrees from tier 1 countries instead of having to map out A-Z steps for human robots.

Monetization

This is pretty insane. I would honestly start with monetization first though. Seems like a waste of money for all that work without a clear monetization plan.

This is a very nice idea! Good luck to your endeavors!

thats massive amount of work.figure out the monetization side first though because getting millions of views means little if theres no clear way turn that audience into revenue.

To just address these all at once, first of all thank you, second yes I am aware that monetization is important. But there are a few reasons why I am not focusing on it first.

First reason is that I am more interested in nailing the process of creating/warming accounts at scale. This is because that is the current weak point of the process. I feel like I have nailed (or am close to nailing) most of the other aspects of the system.

Its basically broken down like this:

Create accounts
Warm up accounts
Create content
Post content
Do it at scale

The first 2 are where we are currently having trouble. When it comes to creating content, I can produce 100 reels a day myself no problem. They are not going to win any awards for best reel of the year, but they are serviceable for viral meme stuff. Yes I could get more interesting b-roll, but that is less of a concern for me right now because if we can't create + warm up accounts at scale, then there is no way to capitalize on the posting volume we can achieve, which is our main advantage.

In other words, if we can't make a bunch of accounts, then we can't post all our stuff. And then monetization is pointless.

Of course you could look at it the other way, where if I were to choose a niche + obvious monetization path early, then it would give me a clearer idea of the content to produce. But this brings me to the second reason: I could not think of anything that would allow us to take advantage of posting unique content to 100+ accounts per day. What niche would allow for 100+ unique pieces of content per day? I couldn't think of any. If you have ideas let me know. The only thing I could think of was just copying viral memes, since they are plentiful and pretty much just get by on the on screen caption. I can make 100, my VAs can eventually make 100 each, its a cakewalk. And the videos get a lot of views.

Bottom line is that my advantage was in running lots of accounts, but that requires a niche that can provide a lot of unique content, so I feel like I was almost forced into choosing something with wide appeal like memes.

What can I promote with this? I have no idea. But I am pretty sure that if I hit my goal of 500 accounts all posting viral content with my ugly face on it, all of them getting lots of views, that I will definitely be able to advertise something and make money with it. And very likely more than the $2k-$3k/month that it costs to keep the machine running. But we'll see.

Hi what's up man can youbdm me I can't dm you

Update

Had some MAJOR issues trying to create accounts for a few days, basically 9/10 of them would get flagged for selfie verification which is the kiss of death. Even if you send a selfie, or do the video or whatever, most of the time they will just get nuked anyway so its basically a waste of time.

This was very frustrating for me because I have 5 VAs working for me on this, and every day that they are not getting the result I want then it is just a waste of time.

I frantically searched for a solution since I am not a fan of wasting money, but in the meantime decided to just have them log the existing accounts into the API tool that I will be using. Once they did that, I told them to just create more accounts. And wouldn't you know it, as soon as I told them to create more accounts, they were magically able to do it!

Bottom line I am 99% sure these VAs are rotten to the core. I mean what are the odds that the creation method we have been using has magically started working again as soon as they did not have to post to the accounts they were running before? Feels like a christmas miracle.

That said, I made a conscious effort to cool my jets and just ask myself, "would I be happy with 20 warmed up accounts per week per VA for $75?" and the answer is yes. So I am just going to leave it at that.

API testing

I did a small test of the api posting tool yesterday, and the results were quite good. One post has 2.2k views, another has 600 views, and i didn't check the other 4. However this tells me that the posts are getting circulated, which means the accounts are warmed up and legit. If they were stuck on 0 views or sub 100, I would be worried. But this is very encouraging.

The next step is to scale posting to all 132 accounts. I currently have around 1000 unique videos (non spoofed) that I am going to spoof into around 4000. At 2 posts per day, that will give me around 2 weeks of 2 posts per day. Not exactly 400 a day as I originally intended, but this past week has shown me that trying to post 4x a day per account is probably too risky.

Right now I am leaning towards more accounts, fewer posts per day. If I am actually able to scale to 500 accounts, I would be perfectly happy with 1 post per day, max 2. 1000 posts per day for 100 days is... 100k posts. Mind boggling. Even at 40k posts over 100 days, that means I only need an average of 2500 views per post in order to hit my goal of 100m views.

Content is being spoofed right now and will be scheduled later. I expect to lose a few accounts over the next week or two, but hopefully the losses will not be too many.

Results

Going to post some results below of videos that have performed well on some accounts the VAs are running for me. Not trying to get banned for spamming my accounts or promoting, so these will be screenshots of the view count.

I know its a bit sus to post tiny little screenshots of view counts, so for now I guess you'll just have to take my word for it. These posts are all from the past week spread across multiple accounts. I would say there are probably around 10-15 total posts that have done around this well, including some that have been removed or on accounts that were disabled.

Its nothing too crazy just yet, and I'm not making any money from it either, but it is promising for the first week.

As solo blackhat entrepreneur how do you create 50 reels a day? Do you copy form others or make videos form yourself in batch mode; film daily a 40 minute video of you and cut it into 30-50 clips ? You are not Alex Hormozi with his money and his team....

No lol not Alex Hormozi. But yes that is essentially what I am doing. Basically the method is this:

Find viral reels on IG x 100
Copy the link
Download all the videos in bulk via api tool
Use AI to screenshot the first frame of each video and extract the on screen caption
Export all captions to a text file
Record 5-10 minutes of footage of me doing random things
Cut 5-7 second videos of myself and add 1 on screen caption + 1 song x 100

It's a fairly streamlined process once you get it all down. I would say approximately 2-3 hours of work if I actually sit down and bang it out. Assuming I do it on lazy mode it will take me around 30-60 seconds per video as long as I don't agonize over text placement or any of that nonsense.

Analytics dash + api posting

So its been around a week since my accounts have been connected to the API tool and posting. I started with 132 and am currently down to 104. So that is around 30 accounts dead, although after day 1 it was 28 accounts dead, so I assume there was some residual issues with the accounts that we had loaded in. Not that there is an even attrition rate. Bottom line is that it seems like once the accounts are loaded into the tool they are mostly stable.

The posting results have been mixed. Obviously I am not going to check each account manually, so I have set up an analytics dashboard based on the API of the posting tool that I am using. I will add a screenshot below so you can see. These are only the stats for the views generated from the posts made by the API tool, NOT any of the posts made before the accounts were connected.

1792975342522.png

So overall pretty decent. It is actually 5 days of data, 2 posts per day. Most current accounts have 10 posts. Still I am satisfied with it.

Most of the views are from outlier videos that have gone viral with 50-100k views, give or take. As you can see follower count is lagging quite a bit, but my main concern is views. Actually eventually my main concern would be profile visits and link views, but I haven't built that into the dash yet. Will try to have AI do that for me before I finish this post.

Niche selection and monetization

I've been giving a lot of thought to choosing a niche and how to monetize it, and I think I have settled on something: chocolate chip cookies.

I know it sounds weird, but my main priority is that I would be able to produce something that can fit with my main advantage, which is being able to create/warmup/post to 100s or 1000s of IG accounts per day. In order to do that, I need a lot of fresh content that is easy to create. That kind of limits my options. If I wanted to create a podcast or something, I MIGHT get like 10 clips out of a 2 hour podcast. Even if I spoof them 20 times, that's still only 200 clips per day. And that also requires me to say smart stuff, book guests, etc. Not the best choice if I want to leverage my advantage.

Another option would be reporting on the news. There is always new news to talk about. People like Tucker Carlson or the news-based podcasters can yap about whatever the current thing of the day is and they can have essentially unlimited content. However, they are still going to be able to pump out MAYBE 20 unique clips per day. Spoofed 20 times each (which is way too much IMO), that's still only 400 clips per day. And it also requires me to learn about, talk about, and care about the news, which I don't. I think it's depressing, and my life is already depressing enough.

Anyway long story short, I got the idea of doing chocolate chip cookies. This satisfies 3 main requirements for me:

1) it gives me b-roll to use with memes
2) the content goes viral easily
3) the content can be "batched" easily to (re)create the same video 100s of times per day

There are many chocolate chip cookie videos that get 6-8 figures in views, lots of comments and shares. Lots of people wanting the recipe, etc. There is lots of demand for cookie-related ... stuff. So, how would I batch these? Let's take this video for example: https://www.instagram.com/reels/Dd9T3oSyLH1/ (not my video).

If you watch this video and break it down, it is really like 10 or so short 1-2 second clips of the cookie preparation process. Mixing the batter, pouring in chocolate chips, etc. Each of these can be batched/spliced to provide enough content for that segment for 100 unique videos per day. So I would set up my phone to record, stir the batter for 2 minutes in various directions, and there is my batter stirring segment. Then I would take the chocolate chips, pour them into the bowl, then remove them from the bowl, then pour them back into the bowl again, 100 times. Then I would roll the batter into a ball, roll the ball around in my hands, for 2 minutes. Etc. Not every 2 second clip is going to be peak, but the point is that with enough at bats, I should be able to produce 100 serviceable videos that are mapped more or less to the exact same format as this example (which by the way has 1m views + lots of engagement).

So in simple terms, the process is:

Find viral video
Deconstruct it clip by clip
Reproduce each clip so it provides enough content for 100 unique full videos

The next step is to splice the videos together. I COULD do this 100x in capcut, but that would take way way way too long. So I am just going to make an ffmpeg thing that takes each folder of videos and splices them together in bulk. Then I will have to add a song, so I think I will have to download a pack of trending songs or something and choose one of them randomly to add as background music.

Then from there once I've got my 100 unique videos, I spoof 5-10 copies, bada boom bada bing, now we have 1000 unique cookie videos with "unique" footage according to IG (some more unique than others). The plan would be to bake 1 new cookie recipe per day to keep things interesting. And the focus would shift from producing the content on my computer to recording the content in the real world. Setting up multiple phones to record, finding visually appealing cookie recipes, and eventually deciding what to sell.

I'm not interested necessarily in selling boxes of cookies, although that would probably be the most uncopyable. I think something easier to start with and monetize would be some kind of recipe book or something. I have no idea really, haven't thought that far ahead. Mostly interested in nailing the marketing first towards the specific audience. Once that's done I will be able to relax. My VAs did well this week and are going to add around 250 accounts. I am also moving this week into a new apartment, so will be hard to get everything handled. Should have a more interesting update next week.

Oh and while I was writing that codex finished the extra analytics. Very promising

Thanbk you for that weird story information uffff, man that's a big whopper of blackhat hack/twist you are doing:D:eek:.........but important is your reels get delivered to your audience (I'm go into b2b niche) then your views will be target and they buy form you low ticket first via manychat.
So the question is; do you make sales (low ticket sales) with this ? With that you should be with manychat easy making 200-300 sales a month from organic views?

When I ask my AI ist always said that max. 5% of all views react to manychat engagement cta in the reel, when I watch Maria Wendt on youtube she often talks about 20% react with manychat then from those leads 20-30% buying her low ticket product.....strange with AI today.

Yes would I show in my reels content for men (dating, seducing) and have a big hooper icon next to my cta text like: seduce any women here , then I bet I will get 20% manychat clicks (reactions) hahahaha.....but I go into b2b as coach, with a new category (category king).

For myself I can do alone 4-5 reels a day Mo-Fr shoulkd be enough make them really specific for that audience. Then sales conversion rates should be fine...

Have in mind that viral views from elsewhere worldwide are not target audience who will buy from you , maybe your topics in your reels (niche) adresses the audience........

I wish you all the best , report form you journey to inform us on your way to success please.
