For high volume adult pop push campaigns, I will compare these three things no matter what the cloakers is
1. Filtering Accuracy: This is all about checking false positives, proxy ASN detection, and bot scores.
2: Speed Of Redirection: I want to look in cloakers for extra latency that can kill conversion on pop traffic.
3. Tracking: I will track everything that is possible, including ROI by geo and source.
I suggest AdSpect or Traffic Guardian, and test run a small traffic split before committing.
A cloaker alone won't solve all your problems, mainly the poor traffic quality or the compliance issues.
I suggest you to get started with a small campaign and then scale on it.

Just cloak it / Cloakerly - both can manage high adult traffic, in my experience.

My suggestion would be Keitaro or TrafficShield. Both are solid options for high-volume adult pop traffic, so just go with whichever fits your budget better.

For high volumes of pop and push traffic, I think testing with a smaller amount first is a good idea before scaling up. Traffic quality can vary depending on the source.

Both are good tools. I've been using TrafficGuardian for the last few months on one of my projects and it's worked pretty well for me. Your traffic volume might be different though, so I'd test it first.

What kind of daily volume are you running? The right setup can be very different for 50k visits and 500k visits per day.

It's 50% about configuration, 50% about which cloaker you use

Havent used both myself, but with that much pop/push traffic id test them with a small campaign first. Check how they handle spikes and redirects before sending the full volume.

If you can set up the cloakers properly then yes you can use them for the adult niche. For me JCI is better, but any good cloaker can work and you should go with what you are more comfortable/familiar with.

Used Trustcloaker for a project before. Didn't have much trouble with the initial setup, but your traffic source and volume will make a difference.
where there are a lot of people, I shall try out various techniques to determine the one that suits me best. there are some techniques that perform well where there are low number but react differently when there are high numbers. Speed of redirection and nu. of false positives is vital.
