OUT OF THE SANDBOX!
i read an ebook on how to get out of the sandbox.
it worked ...FAST.

Changed up my title, header, kw, changed ALL of my url names, and i removed ALL cpa's. PINGED it hard, 4 days later im almost back to where i left off.
No new content!

i swear i think its cpa's vs age of domain!

I read the same book, and tried it, but it seems that so far it hasn't been successful.

I logged into wordpress for All In One SEO, changed the title, description, keywords. Then I went to each individual post (about 30) and changed the permalink by adding "video" to the end of each post.

And it's been a few days, and the site is still no where found.

Ok, im thinking of EVERYTHING i did to that site since sandboxed.
Here is EVERYTHING i can remember:
1) Changed the title to every post (i didnt have many so i thought why not)
2) changed up the keywords a bit and the title of the blog
3) the book said to STOP backlinking. I didnt. i added some of what i thought would be friendly backlinks -YOUTUBE-!! google owned right?!?!
4) I added 2 out bound links. 1 to my youtube backlink and one to Wiki on the same subject.
5) Removed all ads except adsense

thats it. and i dont call going from #1 in the rankings down 10 pages a google dance. i call it sandboxed... even if its a temp sandbox.

oooooh, i pinged the heck out of it and let it sit.
= BACK! im back to #1 on a few of my kw's and im down about 3 or 4 spots for my other.

How long from when you were sandboxed did you spring back to your ranking positions?

Basically, how long did it take to come back?

OSE is a really useful tool that i never knew about. i'm finding how competitive my competitors are and i know exactly how far away i am from outranking them. this is sooo helpful! even the myspace band page is worth the +rep. i wish i could rep ya twice haha

well after it got sandboxed, i left it be.
one of the rules was NO MORE BACKLINKS.
to me that is an admission of guilt. that is a red flag when you are normally building links.
i left it sit idle for a week then made the changes. after the changes i think it was 4 days and i was back, ...im going to give it a 90% back.

2) MS band page "yeah, the MS bands converts your link directly into MSP link, not even your own anchor text"... is that YOUR experience too?

Bubbles loves you

Gotta hijack this for just a sec... your Bubbles comment reminded me of something I saw at a local comedy club. One of our local radio Dj was up on stage introducing the comedy act. The commedian got up on stage and said "Hey Mark (DJ's name) I saw your Mom and she said when you were young you used to blow bubbles in the bathtub.

Well I just saw Bubbles this morning, and he said he'd like to get back together with you when you get some time...

The club could not stop laughing. The DJ could not live that down for months.

OK back to our regularly scheduled program...

i registered a myspace BAND profile and set up the link in the website part of my profile but it comes up as msplinks.com/blahblahblah.

its in the same website field that your example is on except your example actually points to a website. is it that older profiles have these links still enabled or am I missing something?

edit: i just tryed adding an html widget and couldnt get a non msplinks link w/ a href either

I've tried to add myspace band website just now as well, and it does come out as msp as well.

So myspace is now only allowing it on older profiles.
