Hey I'm totally new to this, but I was considering this too. You mentionned something here that grabbed my attention, mtree will give you a comission for each free signup?
I mean this looks bizar to me cuz I could just go and register acounts myself and get paid for it...

mtree requires credit card upon "free sign up".
also, if your traffic doesn't convert well after so many free sign ups they will terminate you from advertising that anymore.
convertcash.com - is a cam affiliate. pays $15 a lead $18 a lead on Thursday's. And they pay weekly by paypal.
if you wanna sign up with them choose "scooby" as your referral and i'll get you accepted. Not anyone can get accepted here, that's why i'm telling you "I" can get you in.

With PayPal, I think it is just how its handled sometimes. I was with a company recently who had their PayPal shut down, but was paid for close to 9 months by QuickBuck via PayPal with zero problems (except when QB scammed me and quit paying).
Didn't mean to hijack the thread, but don't discount using adult affiliates who use PP as it can be done without problems, just be cautious and don't leave a lot in your account.

I've got an adult CPA that pays $20-55 for every free signup depending on your volume. They also offer revenue sharing from 20-35% depending on volume. This is the best adult program I've found. They have over 150 sites to promote and their top affiliates earn $40,000 a month with a 1/8 conversion rate.
They are the largest and oldest adult network, having been around since 1996 so you don't have to worry about whether they are legit. Here is the signup:

is that convertcash site paying for free leads with just cc signup or is it a paid signup?
I know 2 other good ones not mentioned here who pay per free signup,
