for rare geos, all that I do is just look at the competitor backlinks and see where they place them. You will even find some gud website through that; the only thing that you need to ensure is that they have traffic nd indexing.

Usually just search Google with the country TLD and some local keywords, like site:.xx plus whatever niche terms.

A lot of people also dig through local business directories or Facebook groups from that country.
