How to Change Proxy in iMacros FF Free Plugin

aww this code broke my firefoxi had to first install FEBE to getbackuo off my addons , then i had to export bookmarks , then export all saved passwords , then had to uninstall firefox then again reinstall and impots everthing. took me 1 hour
No way man, that this script broke your FF. Something else must have done that.
i dont know man but after running this script no page was opening .....i mean without any proxy ....... i cud only see some codes hexes codes
Anyway i found a solution , i just start hide id platinum and make it autochange ip at every 5 min and run my whatever script (without changing proxy) .i had to do this bcos for some reasin even scripting edition is not working properly with proxy command. i asked in the opius forum also they said its a bug :/

almost every imacros i run ( plenty of them ) using now this proxy change module. It does work

I am a lil lost now. Before I was going to an online proxy list and checking them 1 by 1 manually, and this way making a list of fast reliable proxies. Now, I understand that foxyproxy can do it for me?? Or is it better to get 3proxy (which I am not sure what it does, I don't know how one can run his own proxy server, and get all the different IP's from it).
And most importantly, I didn't exactly get what part of all the mentioned codes I should copy into an iMacros code.
