Youtube thumbnail is faded, why?

Hello,

I just noticed yesterday that some of my youtube videos are 'faded' in color (the thumbnail that people see after a search). Mine are in the middle of non faded videos which makes them pop out less, which is bad. Why did this start happening?

Alright so it appears that the 'faded' look on the thumbnails means that I've viewed that content already.

But where are this informations saved , Cookies , saved sites .. deledet everything , ip change and still it shows the watched movies why?

Its saved on youtube if you go in to my videos and history it will show you all the videos you have watched on the PC.

You can also see all your liked videos on any PC.
Its quite cool.

then you didn't do something properly

i'm using firefox and if i delete recent history using the built-in tool (everything is selected), all the faded thumbnails are gone after i login again
LSOs are not playing now: the faded thumbnails are gone without deleting the LSOs, with just simply deleting the recent history (cookies, cache and such)
