Will this be of any value

I was thinking about coding an automation script that does the following. It scrapes Google map for a given business niche,a given country, city, then extract the business name, address, phone, email, etc, after which I either use the info's or sell them as leads? Would this be considered unethical, or even have any value?

Scraping is the easy part. I don’t think they’ll be considered as leads, and it’ll hard to convert them.

Jokes aside.. why, severely cold leads that are highly unlikely to convert?

There are countless tools with decade long histories that already do this. Also with "vibe" coding being so predominant these days it wouldn't be a hard task to put this together yourself.
