How do Get you Google play console account BACK after banned ?

I used to have access to my Google Console, but my account was banned because someone cheated me and uploaded a virus. How can I create a new account without getting banned again?

Spot on. Trying to cut corners with Google always ends up in an instant loop of associated bans. It is definitely a hard pill to swallow when you lose an account, but a clean, systematic restart is the only path forward.Appreciate the feedback, mate!

it's old account , i give someone a login to upload his app , the later i rectified that he uploaded a virus

just use google analytics i think that will still do the work i am not sure google will open it back for you
