Is TikTok still good for new accounts?

I think Tiktok is still worth trying for new accounts. Consistency seems to matter more than expecting every video to perform. A clear niche good hooks & giving each post some time can make a difference.

TikTok is one of the most powerful social media platforms today, so it’s still a great place to start building a new channel. What matters most is having unique ideas and a high level of creativity, which can help your channel grow quickly.

With the millions if not billions of active users on TikTok, you are sure to make it with a new account. Just ensure your reels are rich enough, Pick a good niche and you are good

tiktok gives you an initial boost when you create a new profile but it wont last too long if your content is not engaging so make sure use your initial boost well by posting a good set of reels

Some videos seem to take off quickly while others barely move. For those growing newer accounts what’s been working lately?
new profiles have been known to achieve good reach imo. I have comes across profiles which have done well with lesser posts than posting 5 to 10 videos daily.

Half the time videos flatline immediately it has nothing to do with the hook and everything to do with a flagged IP during warmup. Free tools or shared proxies are basically dead on tiktok now, you just end up burning fresh profiles before they even get pushed to anyone. Running test batches properly gets expensive fast between mobile proxies and antidetect sub costs, but cheaping out there is why so many people get stuck at zero views

Tiktok is worth starting with a new acc, even old acc content still find it hard to engage. Is not about new acc or old acc but your content.

For new accounts, I think consistency and quality videos will directly impact your viewership and TikTok distribution. You should plan your content creation and channel development to achieve comprehensive growth and maximize the platform's potential.

accounts that becomes popular were still around but i feels like it is becoming less predictable. sometimes a video that is random do not literally does anything for hours but then all of a sudden get views so i would rate it after posting some posts.

For newer accounts, I’d focus less on posting volume and more on what the retention data shows. A strong opening, getting to the payoff quickly, and repeating topics/formats that already hold attention usually gives you a clearer direction than constantly changing styles.

TikTok's recommendation system relies heavily on interaction and viewing signals; watching an entire video is a strong signal, so start with videos that engage and keep viewers hooked.
