Where are you finding people to delegate tasks to?

I used Microworkers before and picked up a couple of long term workers that way. That all got wiped out last month, I'm back to square one.

I've put a new task up on Microworkers and I've received no takers. I think reddit's recent spam filters are affecting that too, because I used to get loads of workers applying 18 months ago, now it's crickets. That's even with me tripling the pay and making the task much easier.

I used to see posts on job threads advertising reddit posting, but I don't anymore so I guess the algorithm picks that up too.

So, where do you find people to work for you? Or do you just automate it all/DIY?

I've used rapid workers, micro workers and pico workers.

Always use HAF for effective delivery and then micro sites for micro jobs.

Honestly I would use Claude to try and automate everything that you possibly can. Depending on the quality of workers you're looking for and what your budget is I would take a look at upwork.

I tried posting in job groups, and didn't get a single reply. I could be using the wrong groups though, do you have any specific groups in mind I could try?

I've tried this, in fact it was my main mode of operation. I'd get Claude to write the post and tell the worker where to post it. Hiring workers is better for my purposes because I'm hiring their account too, it's more tricky now because of Reddit's new filtering.

Could be worth asking your old workers for referrals. If they were good, there’s a decent chance they know others doing similar work.

These days, Reddit is very strict when it comes to moderating posts promoting jobs, products, or services. I think you should consider using a freelance website to find someone to work for you.
