You're chasing a ghost atp. Every open group quickly gets filled with spam. So the platform locks it.

For public groups you can find groups where members can post without approval but I dont think theres any scraper that can guarantee avoiding Metas bot detection Id stick to publicly accessible data and avoid aggressive automation
