Is it safe to promote unregulated crypto casinos or can I be arrested?

I was thinking about creating some crypto casino directories to earn money from casino affiliates, but according to my researches, this is illegal because I wouldn't be promoting regulated crypto casinos (there is basically none).

How risky is that?

That depends on the specific country and whether you live there.

Risky if you got caught

Try to build the directory business address to a different location where crypto casino promotion isn’t illegal or even listed works.

Illegal activities inevitably come with a lot of risks. You can remain anonymous, but you’ll have to accept the trade-off and the risks that come with pursuing profit.

The bigger risk usually isn’t some dramatic arrest, it’s the boring stuff getting pulled out from under you... host, domain, payment processors, ad accounts, bank, all that. If you’re gonna touch that space, the jurisdiction you’re in and where the company sits matters way more than people make it sound.

I would say it depends on your country and there are so many illegal crypto casino projects and I think that happens if there is no standard law regarding crypto projects.

So push location specific IP GEOs to their state offers, maybe. Tons of legal options opening up in the US. Probably best to check if they're licensed too. I've already found some good affiliate programs for iGaming, some of it revolving around Vegas vacation travel. I just know from playing, where to get reseller picks, the methods and such.

If something is prohibited by law but you choose to do it anyway, the penalties can be severe if you’re caught. However, if you operate on a small scale and the income involved isn’t significant, you’re less likely to attract attention.

No one cares, to be honest.

Risk and opportunity coexist. I think this is still a highly lucrative field at present, but you should not undertake it blindly. Especially pay attention to the results of other colleagues within your own country.o_O

The licensing side matters a lot here.
US gambling rules vary by state, so one offer can be fine in one place and a problem somewhere else
