The crust turned out really well, especially for a first attempt. The inside looks nicely cooked too. I’d say you did a great job with this one.

Now this looks like a well crafted piece of steak, not sure if any bit closer to rare, or a genuine super well timed 100 % medium rare, based on the picture alone, only the taste would tell.

This is not easy to cook, as every second counts, and one can very easily end up with a medium (which may be also the most common thing happening in restaurants).

But I sure can't imagine complaining about this one, the picture already gives me ideas!
