are you ranking hundreds of pages in top 3?
regarding conversion you need to work with your affiliate manager.
Leadsmart have few restrictions 1)no GMB, 2)no outbound marketing 3)no claims like best, top, deals for senior citizens etc
so if you cant work within these constraints you should look for another ppc network like marketcall.
No I have not tried linkbuilding to push parasite.

What I mean is if you wanna do ppc via parasite articles, you will need to rank hundreds in top 3 due to low conversion.
