I’d go niche first. Build strong topical authority, then expand into related topics once the site gains traction.

from my point of view, be focused yet leave enough space for other topics. It is going to be much easier for you to extend the scope of your activitie when you get some recognition nd traffic.

I’ve tested both. For long-term SEO, I prefer starting focused/niched, building topical authority, then expanding into closely related topics. Going broad from day one usually makes it harder to establish a clear topical identity.
