Totally agree with this. A quick not suitable or requirement closed takes a few seconds and saves both sides a lot of time. Communication should work both ways especially when someone has taken the time to prepare an exact match to the buyers requirements.

Agree.. convo should be two way street. If the deal or offer isn't fit let the seller know. Which Saves everyone time and avoid follow ups
