Buyers have very specific requirements, and sellers make sure to follow them carefully. But when sellers send an exact match, many buyers don’t even respond.
A simple reply as “This works, please send details.” “Not suitable,” or “Requirement closed” is enough.
Instead, sellers are left wondering whether the requirement is still open, whether the offer was suitable, or whether the buyer has already chosen someone else. We then end up following up repeatedly just to get a basic confirmation.
If sellers are expected to follow requirements precisely, buyers should also give basic confirmation.
