Want to start raffle or charity , have bp servers,domains..and will do very large mail markting millions.. big and main problem is how to recieve payments,no merchant will want accept your website or anything else like wmz..it will be hard for people who dont have it,making new accounts..paying,and still u can have acc blockd anytime.
If you have good idea or any way how can make this work,and to recieve payments,will accept you as partner and share profits.

If you know and think something else that could work to make big profits,and to use bp hosts,domains,mass mailing..send a PM lets work !

I would agree. It sounds like the OP needs to do quite a bit more research, and maybe think about the business plan a little more. I run into this all the time in my industry (niche finance/installment loans)

do a raffle , do not collect money , make people do a cpa survey for 1 raffle ticket .

so the cpa company pays u , and u get 2-5$ per ticket.

depends on the cost per ticket of ur raffle ?
