Hello everyone,

I operate an unlicensed online casino and sports betting platform with an agent based structure only cash money or crypto.
I have no domain or server costs.
I pay only from Hold 15 % fees for the Platform

I would like to share my experiences with players and partners and explain how everything works in this business.

I'm sorry that everything is a bit disorganized. This is my first journey

My Bankroll is 100.000 € and players can win only 5.000 € per ticket on sportsbetting.

Some examples.

I also work with partner shops where I earn a percentage-based commission.
Some examples.
40 % partner and 60 % for me from net hold
07-2026 = Hold 5.000 € - 10 % lostbackbonus (500 € ) = 4.500 €
1.800 € for shop partner and 2.700 € for me - 750 € fee for software = 1.950 € Net Profit

The week was successful in some ways, with a few wins, but overall there were many losses. The players expected that the matches would once again be decided by goals.

Be careful using this business model, especially with “15% hold,” because once you do the numbers, it really isn’t very much.

We analyzed other similar business models and how they compare to turnkey platforms such as NuxGame, SoftSwiss and Slotegrator. What was most appealing to us was not the hosting fees but the ability to have the wallet, payments, player management, bonuses and reporting all under one operational roof.

With a €100K bankroll, I would definitely be worried about the withdrawal risk and limits rather than server fees. How are you currently handling your KYC verification, wallet reconciliation and larger withdrawals when a player reaches the €5K withdrawal limit?

How are you doing it without domains or servers?

I use the provider’s website. I don’t pay any server or domain fees; I only pay if i have in total a profit .

This is one of my partners. He owns a sports bar and gives his good customers access to the online casino so they can play on tablet or iphone.

He receives the money in cash, and if someone wins, he pays them out in cash as well. At the end of the month, I settle the balance with him.

A very simple system without advertising, customer service, or payment services.

I think you misunderstood me regarding the 15%. Those are the fees I pay to the provider. My hold over the course of a year is around 35% of the betting volume for sports betting, while for casino, I’m at around 25%.

We don’t carry out KYC because I don’t have a license. We operate within a closed system, and customers are referred through agents and friends.

Traffic Source?

Why not official Website with License?
Offline Market ( Sportsbar - Restaurants - Small Shops outside main City where you can not find local betshops )

With a license, I face too much competition; you need a lot of money for new customers, taxes, and KYC.
