Instagram Account Disabled — Looking for Legit Unban Help

Hi everyone,

My Instagram account was disabled on August 14, 2026.

Instagram says the account was disabled for violating Account Integrity / Community Standards. The notice specifically says they believe the account was used to bypass restrictions, such as creating or using another account after a suspension.

I’m trying to recover the account through the official Instagram appeal/review process. I’m looking for someone experienced with Instagram account appeals who can explain what legitimate options are available and what information I should provide in an appeal.

If anyone has successfully recovered an account with this type of Account Integrity suspension, please share what worked for you.

I’m not looking for phishing, credential theft, hacking, or other unauthorized methods. I only want a legitimate way to appeal and recover the account.

What niche was the account in?
How old was the account?
Did you have accounts previously on the same device which got banned?

when creating a new account try best to avoid linking to your old accounts. so use different device, IP address, phone number, email ID etc. allow no linking resemblance to your old accounts.

It was banned for integrity i guess, the niche was clipping of a gambling site, yes i did have accounts on the same device which was previously banned

But I want this account to get unban

This kind of disable needs a clean appeal written for the integrity flag, not a generic form reply.
Instagram support has been dead slow since the AI sweep. So if the account matters, have someone who knows these appeals handle it instead of guessing through the review form.

Unfortunately I don't know anyone that can do that

You can't, you need 15 messages. Also this kind of unban is fake. Nobody can really help you, its gone dude face it, or enjoy being ripped off by a scammer claiming to "unban you" your call.

If I was you I'll stick with the official appeal process and be very careful with anyone claiming they can unban the account for a fee. Account Integrity suspensions can sometimes be triggered by mistaken associations with another account or a restriction, so clearly explaining the situation and providing any requested verification is probably your best route.

There has to be a way, i don't think it's gone I've seen many people getting their accounts back even after getting disabled but surely i don't know the process and yeah I'm not going to pay anyone randomly

Thats like saying though, there has to be a way for you to flip a switch on someone else's computer, and do that "just because YOU want" you have to be realistic with these things.

The only way blackhat way is through someone jeopardizing their job, and removing evidence, (in an audit by management this could easily be found and person fired and your account then banned again) do you really think someone would risk their job for your payment, and to help random get back on?

If the official way is not working for you, you are goosed, and will have to start afresh again, best with a fresh device, and new browser cookies. Good luck whatever you do. I said my perspective.

If you want a legitimate unban method, the best one is to contact IG's support directly...

Try use a verified account on meta and try contact the poor support. Is horrible in now a days… you always get inly IA support, but with verified tou can try a human support

I did try with meta verified too but nothing happened

Then the account is gone already, I see 2 problems. One is that the niche is gambling which is against the TOS of Instagram, And secondly you had accounts on the same device which had previously banned accounts.

But I see too many guy's posting in same niche and they don't get any restriction

Not all accounts get caught, but they eventually will later on.

once they flag you for evasion on a dirty device its basically game over. the automated system matches your device fingerprint to the old bans so any appeal you submit just gets filtered out and rejected. the other guys you see posting gambling clips aren't running them all from the same official app on one phone... they use antidetect browsers and mobile proxies to keep the footprints completely separate. you are better off cutting losses and setting up a clean environment for the next run because even if you somehow got this one back, that device is poisoned now.

When you try to log in, click "Disagree with Decision" or "Appeal" on the suspension screen. that's your first and only real shot. If the in-app appeal fails, use the official disabled account form in the help center. Multiple appeals doesn't work, they will flag you ad spam and bury your case. And anyone claiming they can is just taking your money.
