Unfortunately, when blocks like this happen, it's difficult to recover the account except through legal action... so it's best to create a new one.

It's useless to contact Meta, they will never respond, the only thing you can do is appeal or rely on an insider... but the costs are very high, we're talking about $2k for a profile or account recovery
