I have had a normal facebook account for about a year now. I have never spammed or added more than a few friends a week. I tried signing into my account and it had been disabled. I am thinking my ex girlfriend has done something to cause this. She doesnt have my password. Does anyone have any experience in causing someones account to be disabled?

It's possible that it is just the friend adding, facebook has become much stricter and if you don't know the people and they report you as a 'spammer' then you're screwed.

Otherwise, people could be reporting various posts/actions that you have made on facebook as offensive.

Just one more think. Facebook can face serious problems some times. So maybe your acc will be back in a few days. I couldn't log in to my account for a 2 weeks.

As someone else mentioned it could be IP related, try not to mix your personal accounts with your 'business' accounts.

Was your account deleted or is it unavailable?
As far as i'm aware an account can never be 'truly' deleted.

just facebook being dicks as usual
send an email and if you're lucky they will respond

can you elaborate this.
Well an account is never deleted even if you try and delete your account, all you can do is deactivate it.
Basically all that does is removes you out of search functions on facebook, and removes access to your profile however everything is still there and at a click of a button it's back.

Same with disabling accounts, the accounts are deleted, they are, as mentioned, disabled from your use.
