Proxies stable and with large IP pool for EU countries

Can you suggest me the best largest and stable provider for residential proxies? Don't tell me "go in marketplace" this kind of provider are not stable

from my experience i've had better luck with providers where i can actually target the eu country i need instead of just picking from a huge pool and hoping for the best

i have used a few over the years and oxylabs and decodo have been pretty consistent for me. i've also been using SOCKS.MARKET lately for some residential work and it's been decent so far, especially when i just need specific eu locations without going for the more expensive plans

honestly id test the same countries with 2 or 3 providers before committing. ip pool size on its own doesnt tell you much if the actual locations you need aren't stable
