i've built a 5 figure onlyfans agency and after months of running hybrid (AI marketing for real creators), I now want to test the waters with a fully AI creator on Fanvue.

I'll be transparent with my results, how im marketing and what my strategy is

Monday, 17th August 2026 - Day 1 Update

Today was spent fine tuning and training the sfw lora.
I've been using nano banana pro/2 and kling which has worked great for sfw content but now i require more nsfw capabilities so i can properly launch the fanvue with content to sell.

Im still figuring out loras but z image turbo has been great, it took a few iterations and im still not sure the identity is locked where i need it to be yet but we'll figure it out if the content starts slipping.

Got the page setup and verified with a few feed posts setup and began a small test ad campaign (only $10 usd) on an seo platform. Got 5-8 IG's warming up for this creator too, going to add profile photos and begin posting within the next 1-2 days as well. I'll be pushing a few pending followers to those accounts to unlock trial reels before going public and posting.

What is your reason for moving from manual work to AI? Do you have friends already making good money with AI promotions?

What is your reason for moving from manual work to AI? Do you have friends already making good money with AI promotions?

I was already using AI in my workflows with real creators on OF, so a full AI creator felt like the natural thing to test next. The reason for this is mainly better margin, i make 100% commission on an AI creator i run, compared to doing the same work and giving 35-50% to a real creator. With the extra profit i can invest more in ads, organic marketing or more creators.

(I couldn't imagine to pay for AI created content myself, but that's just me)

Yes, generally a single fanvue creator will not reach as high as a single onlyfans creator, but when you can build and run 10 fanvue creators with less effort than 10 onlyfans creators, it becomes a lot more effective. i have friends who are doing over 6 figures monthly on fanvue so i know its possible but Im excited to find out for myself,

Day 5 i think, time got away from me and i forgot to post an update so here we go.

Spent a lot of time figuring out nsfw and fine tuning quality, i've been testing krea2 & minimax h3. Krea 2 for lora (sfw and nsfw content), and minimax h3 for videos.

I've been running these both on runpod, but i have h3 hooked up to my reel automation tool via api as well for quick gens, api pricing is cheaper than kling 2.6 i believe with much better quality.

Had a decent day with the OF's yesterday, nothing crazy. Been a bit busy with with my OF creators and haven't given this as much attention as i'd like but that changes this weekend.

Launch plan is in place for my first fully AI creator, all thats remaining is to generate the rest of the content i require for launching.

If anyone else is on a similar journey, wishing you well. I thought i knew a lot about ai content generation before this journey, but ive learnt a lot so far. And its shown me how much i still don't know and have to discover.

Yes the API solution is probably the best option in this case, there's even solutions where you don't need to run a separate RunPod / GPU infrastructure as you can select a content creation model that you want to run, create pictures or videos, and get billed in credits for usage only.

Wonder how you maintain the character integrity and whether you looked into solutions that can use something like a face swap or character swap?

Would be of course for double use - SFW promotional videos / NSFW premium videos
